We seek a sharp, solutions-driven developer to help us optimize and enhance our applications. This role is for you if you're passionate about clean code, performance, and problem-solving—and you thrive in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

 Code Analysis & Review

  • Dive into code to spot bugs, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement

  • Assess readability, maintainability, and performance to keep things clean and scalable

Debugging & Troubleshooting

  • Squash bugs and resolve issues with precision

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand problem areas and craft effective solutions

 Code Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and scale code performance

  • Document your insights and implementation steps with clarity

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support long-term improvements

Coding & Implementation

  • Push updates to the testing environment and validate intended functionality

  • Modify and enhance code based on OSCNP specifications and project needs

 What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or a related tech field

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining C# applications within the .NET framework

  •  Proficiency in MySQL—writing, optimizing queries, and integrating databases with applications

  • Experience with stored procedures and database functions

  • Bonus: Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification

Skills:
MySQL, C#, ASP .Net 

Location:  100% Remote 

Work Authorization:  GC, US Citizenship 

Part-Time: 20 hours per week
